This class is taught by gym owner and head coach, Coach Dave Graf. He is former Pro Cage Fighter who has traveled the world to hone his craft. With his teaching hybrid style he has helped people from all walks of life become their best physically fit selves and rise to the highest levels in many combat sport disciplines.
